Gaderon's barrage of magic missiles shreds large parts of the beetle's carapace into pieces and inflicts quite some damage on the monster, which rears, but then advances further on you:

Ahi's flame strike on the other hand doesn't do any damage at all as the beetle is obviously immune to fire, the reason of which becomes apparent as the two giant insects close into striking range and you all notice a wave of unnatural heat coming from them and their eyes in particular.

OOC: Please state your actions for the first round of combat. Sol has two attacks with his hammer, but without any bonuses except +1 damage because of his STR score as he isn't specialized with this weapon.

If he gets a clean shot, Ivid will give what he can:

Kherim casts Prayer on the whole group, giving +1 to attack, damage and saving throws to allies, and -1 in the same rolls to the enemies.

Ahi casts Spiritual Hammer in a position to strike the second Beatle (Paul McCartney? )

Eilkhan will take aim with her bow and fire on the first Beatle ( George of course )
