Round 4: The party wins initiative.

Being attacked by an invisible thief from behind is lethal for most opponents, and being attacked a master thief like Eilkhan makes things even worse for this particular gholle (OOC: Using one of Eilkhan's pre-made rolls, I came up with a 10, which sums up to a nice 18 when adding +4 for being invisible and another +4 for the backstabbing - a clear hit. Damage is 30 which lets the gholle collapse to the ground without uttering a sound.

The other gholle dies a quick death too, being cut to pieces by a whirlwind-like attack from Kherim and a well-aimed blow from Ahi's rod.

Ivid manages to kill his badly wounded opponent as well. Although his first swing with his scimitar is nearly a fumble, the second one hits , and finishes off the gholle. .

As Gaderon's huge magical fist materializes in front of him, the battle is already over.

OOC: 5400 XPs for each of you.

"So, we need to rest. I say we do it here so the boys can heal Sol after we have rested." The master thief blushes and adds "I guess I should have been using my ring before but I honestly didn't think it would work on the monsters we've been facing."

"It's ok, Eilkhan. You've lived to learn otherwise and correct for the future. Right now, yes, we MUST rest, and I don't think we have any other alternative than doing it here, cause it's not likely we will find a transporter back to where we were.... We don't even know where we are at the moment!"

In a gesture of profound disgust, Ivid groans and drops his scimitar, and sits down right in the leftovers of the ghoul, his look empty.

Kherim notices Ivid's reaction and comes by him.
"Hey, what's up? What's that look on your face?"

Sol remains unconcious on the floor. The bleeding seems to have stopped.

{still -9 hp, let me know when he can do something else.]

"Well, I say we set camp in here. Perhaps it's best that someone guards this short passage here", says Ahi. Kherim offers to keep the guard there.

He points at the point where the room turns into a corridor, more or less where Ivid is.

"Yes, I definitely agree. Perhaps we can search this "room" for a way out?" Kherim says, rather non-confidently.
