Round 3: The gholle win initiative
Mad from pain and anger, the gholles attack.
Ivid gets hit once by a claw attack for 10 points of damage. Both
Ahi and
Kherim are attacked as well, but all of the gholle's attacks on them are missing - the creatures are obviously still not able to see clearly - which means that
Ahi will be able to dodge and move around his opponent to cast his curing spell on Sol.
Elmo gets hit once by a strike with the filthy claw for another 10 points of damage.
Gaderon, although weakened by the stench, fires three
magic missiles from his wand on two of the gholles, but they are neither killed nor distracted enough to turn towards him. But their attention is turned away from Sol anyway, and
Ahi arrives just in time to stop the fatal bleeding of the warrior's wounds with one of his last cure spells
(OOC: Sol is indeed hovering at death's door with now -9 hp. His condition is anything but stable, and even an unintended kick from one of his comrades, stumbling upon him in the heat of battle, might kill him outright at this point). Kherim, Eilkhan, Elmo, and Ivid all attack their opponents. The paladin hits twice, but not strong enough to finish the gholle off. Eilkhan's backstabbing at the gholle before Elmo is successful again, . Damage is 35 , and Elmo - who is lucky with his second attack manages to kill the thing.
OOC@Rafael: I suppose that Ivid is attacking with his scimitar instead of a dagger because there's no such weapon in his equipment list.IC: Ivid's two swings with his scimitar are clear hits , but the damage is unfortunately not enough to kill the undead beast .
