Smashing the statues to pieces is easily done for Sol. All four now lie toppled over and broken on the floor of the chamber. It seems as if nothing was hidden inside them.

"If nothing else, we've at least destroyed some of this evil's likenesses. Let's move on then", Kherim says.

Sol agrees "Let's move on, then."

Eilkhan nods and moves across to the other side [The passage at the top of the map] and moves forward, paying careful attention for surprises.

Thick cobwebs choke the tunnel, making it impossible to see beyond 30 feet (the same is true for the other tunnel).

"How about a torch or burning away these cobwebs?"

Ivid nods and cowers down to light a torch...

Once the torch is read,y he will draw his long hunting knife and hold it before him as a defense while he burns down the cobwebs...

The cobwebs burn away easily, as you move through the tunnel. As you come closer to its exit, you all start to notice the heat that comes from ahead, obviously originating from the next large chamber that opens up in front of you. Here, the walls are seemingly made of flames and glowing embers. The heat within this chamber is intense, at least 120° or even more. Exits are visible on the other side of the chamber. Otherwise, the chamber is empty.

Sol comments on the next chamber "This would be the perfect place for traps and secret doors, since
anyone checking would not be able to do a careful job due trying to avoid long exposure to the heat..."

"Can anyone make me not feel the heat magically? I'll go in and check for fun."
