The Wayfarer's Inn

Sol jumps a bit when Eilkhan appears. Once he realizes who it is, he relaxes and smiles. After she reports on what she saw, he says "Which room shall we check next?"

Eilkhan walks over tot he closest door and has a listen, then checks for traps
everywhere.

As with all other doors within this chamber so far, Eilkhan can't locate a trap on it.

The thief grins back at the others and opens the door. She tumbles back five feet
in case a surprise is in store for the person who opens the said door.

Not surprisingly, another small side room lies beyond the door. In here stand two large statues of female-headed sphinxes, both made of basalt. Kherim immediately notices the absence of evil inside the room.

Eilkhan looks around the room. "Is it safe to go in?"

Sol says "I will cover you." Sol will follow Eilkhan in with his sword ready.
He will caste a detect magic on the statues with the sword's powers.

Once Eilkhan is sure it is safe of traps she summersaults into
the room, landing in front of the statues without touching the
statues.

Both sphinxes radiate magic, as Tizona can tell.

Sol will tell the party that both statues radiate magical energy as he walks into the room following Eilkhan's acrobatic entrance.
