The Wayfarer's Inn

With a little pushing, the stone door opens, stirring up clouds of dust. Behind it lies another room that is every bit as cluttered with things as the one before. On shelves along the walls and on a large hexagonal table on the left wall lie several hundred games, puzzles, boxes, cages and other items. Everything is covered with a layer of dust and looks undisturbed.

Is there any aura that Kherim can detect? Does any of the puzzles stand out, by being particularly arranged, on display or simply curious? Is there anything with an outlandish look?

Eilkhan is already calculating if any of the games can make her easy gold coins! She doesn't even wait for the others and begins looking at each one, trying to gauge how she can make profits from each one! "I don't know about the rest of you, but if noone wants any of these games, I call dibs on the whole lot."

She looks back at everyone and grins a happy grin before returning to her inspection of these games and puzzles.

Sol remains by the door. He does draw his sword and attampt to detect magic on the contents of the room.

Since Kherim cannot detect any suspicious evil auras within this room, he feels it safe to enter and follows Eilkhan who is already looking longingly at several items that have caught her eye.

On the shelves and the table lie about 200 different gaming items: Games, puzzles, gameboards, playing pieces, inscribed tiles, dice, small metal cages that contain gold-and-jewel items, strange boxes, etc. Many of them are clearly not of khemitian origin, bearing inscriptions or engravings in other languages. Nothing stands particularly out, however, although a few of these gaming items look very valuable, being made of exotic woods, ivory, or coral. Some are gilded or perhaps even made of massive gold, and some have adornments of jade, mother-of-pearl or are cut of semi-precious stones.

Gaderon sticks to the back after shaking his head to Eilkhan's question.

There is little more he can do as he does not have that spell. When the others begin exploring the other rooms he however keeps a watchful eye on the situation and looks intently at the game pieces and other things discovered trying to notice any runes that may be on them or something less obvious. He is trying to aid as best he can.

Ivid and Elmo will remain at Sol's side.

"By the pricking of thumb..." Ivid mutters, then has to sneeze...

Sol looks at Eilkhan and sighs, then says "Eilkhan, pick one of the games and I will carry it in my haversack for you..." As he speaks he dumps his haversack (about 4 cubic feet of treasure from the treasurer room). He then puts the equipment and food back in. He then picks up the brooch he had picked initially for his wife, leaving the 4 jeweled goblets, 2 jeweled tankards and the ivory inlaid golden mirror and comb set, along with a bunch of gold and platnium coins on the floor.

"Damn, there are too many things here to chose from! I guess it's okay Sol. I'll just take a game or two and that will have to suffice." She says this after Sol empties his haversack. She choses two smaller games and puts them in her bag.

Thinking of his kids, Sol will pick a game that strikes his fancy and put it in his haversack. If there is still room he will put the mirror and brush back in. If there is still room he will put some of the goblets back in...
