There's not really much Kherim can drop. He carries two of the accursed items, and the rest are either light objects or weapons and armour. He could drop his shield, if that would make a difference, but he won't leave the scimitar nor the armour, nor the evil objects.

He still tries to take Gaderon's hand and hope for the best.

Gaderon's second teleportation spell works as well as the first one, and so the three of them safely arrive amidst their comrades at the room's entrance.
Here, the danger of the gas isn't as imminent as it was on the staircase - at least as long as you don't move too much. Like a thick carpet of fog, the yellow-brown vapors cover the whole floor of the chamber up to a height of 4 feet, swirling up in clouds when there's too much movement or air draft nearby. Carefully, you all start breathing again and look around, just in time to notice that six of the statues start glowing with a sudden opalescent light. From each one steps a virtual duplicate, except that the new form is animated while the other is still a mere statue. They move towards you menacingly, stirring the poisonous vapors as they do. What will you do?

OOC: Announcements for one combat round only, please. Please keep in mind that Gaderon and Kherim are severely weakened due to the gas.

Gaderon will pick up his staff, and begin preparing to cast magic missile from his prepared spells once he has. He will stay back however behind the others and levitate up to stay further out of the fog.

Kherim feels weak, but duty still calls. He advances to between Ahi and Elmo, as enough people seem to be on the other closest savage already, but instead of charging, he takes his Horn of Blasting, and will try to use it to maximum effect without exposing his back to the enemy engaged by Sol, Eilkhan and Ivid. He will try this before the second enemy closes in.


[OOC: as I don't really know how to calculate the cone generated by Horn, I'm not able to place Kherim exactly. The idea is to get a few of the original statues in the way, and hope they break, but weaken some enemies as well. I was aiming to go to the other end of the table Sol's at, so that he'd stay at middle y-coordinate of the room, and sound the horn facing left.

I'm hoping to include in the blast the second top statue from the right, and the first bottom two from the right, plus possibly the third top from the right. Also, the two savages near these statues. If the cone can not get this big, please warn me and I'll shift my attentions to the bottom row only.]
