Ivid sits with Elmo in a corner of the floor, muching some dry beef and polishing his arrowheads.

"Anyone of you skilled in demonology? - I am not sure what kind of monster we're confronting here.
When I was back at home, an old monk of Zuoken told me a story about a similar grave, filled with deadly traps and monsters..."

Ivid's voice becomes mockingly dramatic.

"The old man told me the creature he confronted at the end of the dungeon was half lich and half a god!!!"

"I have experience in dealing with desecrated and corrupted tombs," Ahi answers, "and I can tell you there are more stories than there are tombs. In particular is the story is the tomb which nobody survived, and yet stories of all the evil traps and creatures in it, and the Lich-god as the final encounter abound. If nobody survived why is so much known about it?" "The evil one in this tomb fashions himself as at least emissary to evil gods, if not a god himself though."

You all return to the corridor intersection and the open pit. Now what?

Sol will go over to the right corner and use his spear to test the floor in the tunnel to the right. If he determines that it will hold his weight, he will step across and see what happens. If nothing bad happens, he will help the others cross onto the same section.

Eilkhan will move about and check for more traps very carefully.

Everyone safely crosses the pit to the right. You're now standing at the beginning of the corridor that leads to a dead end. Eilkhan's search for traps in the immediate area tells her that it seems to be safe. (OOC: I assumed that she only searches the first ten or 15 feet or so).

Sol suggests to Eilkhan "Why don't you search this whole corridor, before we move on? That way we will know that there is nothing behind us when we move on to the unexplored area around this next corner."

"Roger that." She proceeds to inspect the area carefully, assuring herself it's safe to proceed.
