Kherim nods as he sees Sol move to take sentry at the door. "Sol is correct, we should have a watch set for the night. I am feeling fit again and will take the next watch in a few hours. If one more wishes to take last watch I believe we may all have ample rest and security."

OOC: I'm thinking 3 watches should cover the night at 2 hours each. Assuming the rest agree, who would like liast watch?

Before rest, Ahi tries to get everyone up to speed.

A Heal for me: which brings me up to 76.

Cure Light for Sol:

That leaves me with one CLW left. So... "Who needs more healing before I retire to rest for my devotions in the morning?"
I think we have everyone at single digit deficits at this point. Sol should be completely healed (?), 2 points off of my and Kherim Hits, and 7 points off of Eilkhan. If no one else needs healing (I'm pretty sure no one else was hit) then the last CLW can go to Eilkhan:


Awesome, everyone at a two point deficit. Taint bad, though I'll have to review and redo my spells methinks...

OOC: If all the combats are going to be this heavy there is going to be a lot of resting up between encounters...just to get healing spells and whatnot back!

OOC: I suspect we just got a taste of the danger level for this module. That said, I dont think we should count on being at full health all the time. More reason for us to use caution and understand that we dont always have to go in a straight line. It's OK to retreat now and then or go around an obstacle ;)

The hours pass uneventful during the whole rest of the night. When finally all are up the next morning, you find out that everyone in your group had an uneasy sleep with bad and evil dreams that no one can recall though. You feel a bit worn as a result and not as refreshed as you should be.

OOC: Normally, 1 hp would have regenerated naturally over the night, but here in this place it didn't.

It seems as if you forgot to heal Ivid and Elmo. Ivid is missing 49 hps and Elmo 31. And Asterion lost 8 hps btw. So there's some more curing to do for Ahi the next morning.

Rising the next morning, Kherim begins placing his armour back upon himself. His handling of each gilded piece almost reverent. When all is fastened and secure he looks to the others. Seeing both Ivid and Elmo still suffering from their wounds of the previous night he walks to them. "Allow me to call upon Horus to heal your wounds my friends."

OOC: I have edited my spell choices for the day on the spell choice thread. Kherim can heal up to 32 points to either Elmo or Ivid via laying hands and he has memorized 4 cure light wounds for the day. This would allow our cleric to conserve his healing for times when we may be in more dire circumstances.

OOC: agreed on the deadliness of the adventure. That was but one encounter... wonder what those Flowers did?

"Before we start our day, allow me to conjure up some breakfast," Ahi says to his friends in arms.

I'm going to cast a Heroe's Feast which should give us all, for the next 12 hours, the following benefits:
Cure any current diseases;
Cure 5-8 Hit Points at the end of the meal;
Bless (+1 to hit);
Immunity to:
--poison
--fear
--hopelessness
--panic

Figured it was worth a spell slot.
I've also updated my spells to include more curing, protective and supportive spells.

Let me know if I'm rolling anything Clarence, between this and our esteemed Paladin, we'll see where we are needing healing.

Sol spends the night in his armor and as a result does not get much sleep when he is off of guard duty.

He gladly partakes of the feast with a hearty "Thank you, Ahi. That was excellent."

:o Yikes, I missed the battle's conclusion! - Sorry! I have the same problem as many here, in that I don't get any email notifications. Any idea how to solve that? ... And that saying as the admin... :?

Ivid will go and collect all arrows that are left from the battle agains the iron creatures...

He and Elmo are both in dire need of healing, and he will ask one of his other companions for help...

Thinking aloud, he will muse about iron mummies being somewhat like a paradoxon, because they would normally rust away...

When morning arrives, Ivid will rubb his stiff clothes and loudly complain about the coolness of the dungeon...
