Okay nothing else for it, let's see if I can put #5 down. Here comes another dent!

Hot dang, I like invisiblecastle. Of course it's overkill for this mummy, but at least the show will be fun.

Neith's favor has returned! :D

Round 5

The mummies win initiative.

Mummy #11 attacks Sol and hits him once for 7 points of damage.
Mummy #5 also scores one hit on Ahi for 12 points of damage.
Mummy #3 attacks Kherim while he is pulling out his magical horn, hitting for 11 points of damage.

Sol's two attacks damage the mummy badly, but it's still moving.
Ahi also doesn't yet manage to destroy mummy #5, although his mighty blow left another deep dent in it.
Ivid's second arrow misses the mummy in front of Kherim this time (I only rolled a 3) and flies harmlessly by the other mummies as well, hitting one of the pillars instead but remaining intact, thanks to its strong enchantment.

OOC: Are you really sure that Ivid only wants to fire one arrow at a time, Rafe? At least that's how I understood your posting. He could shoot three arrows per round, you know....

While he changes his weapon, Kherim feels another touch of Asterion's staff, this time curing him 11 hit points.

At the end of this round, the soundwave from Kherim's horn floods through the chamber. Plaster is loosened from the walls because of it and stones are torn away from the entrance, flying into the passage beyond. Tiny cracks and fissures appear in the walls too, but the whole construction is solid enough not to collapse. The effect on the iron mummies is disheartening because besides being shaken like from a strong wind, nothing more happens to them as they are obviously immune to the effect.

Sol shudders with the force of the horn's blast, carefully maintaining his composure. Hopefully, he will finish off mummy #11 this round with his three attacks. After he drops mummy #11 he will continue by trying to attack mummy #5 to give Ahi some relief.

Sol's adjusted attack rolls are (to hit/damage): 22/11, 23/14 & 17/12.

Oh shoot, it's a natural 20 that destroys these guys Clarence? I'm guessing they're not true golems then...

FYI to the party, I've lost more than half my hitpoints but still have 29 left, so no worries... yet! :D

Kherim raises his brow in surprise as he sees the minimal effect his sounding of the horn has caused to the enemy. "They are strong indeed!" He releases the horn to fall back by it's strap around his shoulder then once again draws his rune carved scimitar from it's scabbard. "Let it be steel then that returns you to the grave!"

With that change, Sol will go after what ever mummy is in front of him, once he dispatches number #11 (I am probably over confident, these things have been really hard to kill...).

OOC: Sir Clarence, I wasn't sure how you wanted to run Kherim changing from horn to sword. Should I wait till next round to roll my attacks?
