Even though Kherim's find traps spell didn't bring any results, you start to open the various containers with care. Guardian creatures won't be detected with that spell!

The jars contain unguents, perfumes, oils and other liquids. Most of them are dried or worthless because of age. The same is true for nearly all of the coffers. They contain ancient materials of magical utility, now completely useless. One of the coffers holds treasure though - filled to the rim with gems and jewels of different type it must be worth a fortune.

Ivid says "Wow! Elmo, come over here! You have to see this! ... While I'd love to split this up now, we should probably put this into the bag of holding again, to be divided up later. What do the rest of you think?"

Eilkhan approches Ivid and eyes the chest. Her eyes go wide. "That's quite the chest of gems, there, Ivid. Yes we should put it in the bag of holding and split it later."

As Eilkhan checks out the coffers, Ahi can take over checking out the mace "I don't think they would leave a mace of any holy value out in the open as such," he says, but he'll check it out just the same.

Kherim eyes the treasure dispassionately then continues his watch of the chamber.

Ahi can tell that the mace is of exceptional quality and obviously magical. More isn't recognizable to him.

Kherim waits while the others search the chamber then after an appropriate amount of time has passed, "I think we should gather what valuables might be and return to the central chamber. It is clear now that our path lies through the evilly engraved door."

Ivid says "I agree, we seem to be done here. Let's return to the main room and resume our quest..."

"I agree as well," Eilkhan says and does so.

If there's a way for Ahi to hang on to the mace as a second weapon, he will. Otherwise he'll leave it (or put it in the bag, whatever the party wants) and head out with the others.
