Vale
This is the place where your adventures will begin...
Vale is one of many small human settlements that were founded around the Owlwood, the major forest of the Southlands, over about 80 years ago.
Far from the main trade routes, Vale consists of not much more than a dozens small farmhouses, the most notable building being a small temple to Odin,
the main god of the human pantheon, and the Bridge Inn, the hamlet's only tavern.
Now, what brings to to this rather remote village?
- It is most likely that are somehow personally attached to Vale or its inhabitants.
Maybe it is the place where you usually trade your animal pelts against fresh supplies and enjoy having a good beer at the Bridge Innm,
while you enjoy flirting with the bossy inkeeper's beautiful daughter.
Maybe your family hails from here and you have come to visit a distant relative,
or maybe you have simply lost your way on your journey to the bigger cities of the north...
