The Wayfarer's Inn

The Temple of Thor is not the largest building at the edge of the village center, though its presence stands out from those that flank it. Marbled grey bricks rise from floor to arched roof, where bronze clay shingles can just be seen protruding from the roofs edge. A single iron door allows entry, marred not by rust or grime, yet it does not shine even with the evening sunlight barring down on it.
You do not even have a chance to knock, the door opens as you approach, it is then that you see the faint outline of lightning bolt and hammer finely etched upon the door, almost glowing as it is brought out of the sunlight and into the candle lite room beyond. A red haired man pokes his head around the door, "Welcome, if you be of faith or do not hold ill will towards Thor's children you may enter, pass the portal not of these and may you find peace in the afterlife."

"I am of Thor's faith,sir. NIce to meet you" Jasmine offers then enters

brimli knows he shouldn't do it, but he follows her... *sigh*

Osric will enter after his companions, somewhat hesistant...

The door closes with a thunderous clap.

"Donar, enough with the theatrics." A short white haired woman in molted gray robes comes into view from the far end of the room. Between her are rows of simple benches, while behind her lies an alter in the shape of a war hammer, upon the 'head' rests a book.

"I'm sorry Sister Arnthora" The red haired man hides his grin before taking a seat on a stool near the door.

Arnthora walks slowly toward you all, looking ever more frail as she gets closer. "You are welcome in the Temple of Thor, we do not get many guests." She stops at a bench and sits, drawing forth a water skin and takes a sip before returning it to a robe pocket. "If you are here to pray, I ask only that you leave your weapons here before approaching the shrine. If you have come for another purpose, then please sit."

Osric bows his head, and then sits down quietly.

"Mylady, we have a strange story to tell you and would like to know if you holy woman could find an explanation for these strange happenings..."

With that, he will retell everything from when he left Croy to when he met the children, if the priestess is willing to listen...

Jasmine will see what the woman's reaction is to Osroc's story before she decides what to tell the woman if indeed she says anything at all of her story.
