Kherim helps Sol if he needs in any way. Then he too will be ready to move forward to the new corridor.

Gaderon steps forward as Kherim and Sol begin planning to get his spear out of the pit. He activates his boots and levitates down to grab the item in question.

Kherim slightly smiles at the display of practicality of Gaderon, and then carefully crosses the pit to enter the new corridor. He takes sword and shield and assumes a guarding position, until the others are ready to go on.

Sol chuckles a bit watching Gaderon and saying "I forgot about that. Thanks!" Then he proceeds around to the unexplored corridor.

Eilkhan leads down the unexplored corridor, being careful, trying to check for traps, surprises and anything else that might come out of the woodwork!

Ahi remains in the middle of the pack, alert for any signs of trouble.

As Gaderon levitates down the shaft of the pit trap to retrieve Sol's spear, he passes the red and black hieroglyphs that threw the curse over Kherim when he read them, and into which the remains of the human-headed vulture thing had disappeared. No curse is released at him as he passes by, but he feels some powerful magic radiating from that area, making his hair rise as if through electricity.

Gaderon will rise out of the pit, and passing the spear over to Sol, he shakes his head some... "Not sure if it is significant but the energy in those hieroglyphs is still quite strong, even after discharging it's curse. Still I don't know if we should meddle with it unnecessarily at this time, but keep note should we hit a dead end."

Kherim is worried with Gaderon's words, but simply shakes his head in a nodding. Making sure that the wizard is alright, he readies to follow Eilkhan after she signals that the passage is safe.

Sol smiles as he accepts the spear. He doesn't seem to be concerned about the magic around the runes, as he turns down the new corridore with his sword in his right hand and spear in the left.
