The Wayfarer's Inn

Checking everything in the room thoroughly for the next ten minutes, Eilkhan finally decides that it is safe to enter and possibly even to open the chests and sacks.

"OK it's safe to enter and we can peruse anything we wish as it's safe, in my estimation."

Kherim enters the room once it is declared safe for inspection. He attempts to open a chest.

Ivid says "Elmo, join me here at the corner. Then we can go together into the room with the others." When Elmo reaches Ivid, they will proceed into the room. After surveying the room, Ivid says to Elmo "Why don't you go over and watch for danger at the door while I check things out. I'll make sure that you get your share of anything we find..." Ivid will then investigate one of the containers in the near left corner of the room.

Ahi nods at Eilkahn, "nice work." Ahi stands by Elmo, but inside the room, prepared for anything to happen and ready to provide support to any in the part who need.

Since none of the chests are locked, you can easily open them and look inside. What a disappointment! All of them hold nothing but ancient and fragile clothing...

Assuming that you also take a look inside the sacks (since Eilkhan has declared them safe), you find treasure therein. Each sack holds ancient coins, bronze and copper discs from a thousand years past. Quite valuable these days, you think, although the total weight is more than 200 pounds.

After seeing the coins, Eilkhan suggests "Maybe we can store them in my bag of holding? We can split them after we are done in the tomb."

"Ware any curses on the treasure," Ahi says, but shrugs at the suggestion, "now or after we take care of this evil one makes no difference to me." What haven't we checked in this room? Have we just checked the chests? Ahi would suggest moving stuff around to see if there are any secret doors or compartments, and will help with such.

Kherim seems to look upon the gold with disdain, "Do with it as you will, for my own part I shall see my share given a purpose more noble then to sit moldering in this dark crypt." He then moves to the bed and checks beneath it though he takes nothing from the chamber for himself.

Ivid says "I am agreeable with splitting it later. Go ahead and store it in your bag, Eilkhan." He will then go investigate the rectangular object on the left side of the room.
