I know that Bach's Tocata e Fuge was used to present the kind of music St Stephen would play on his pipe organ in the Temple of the Frog.

I remember reading about at least one other classical music piece being used by the orignal Blackmoor group, but I have forgotten what it was...

Hail Britannia, I think, would play automatically when traversing the Orchian Way.

Movie soundtrack music might fit better than classical in general.

For some reason, the music from the anime "Romeo X Juliet" (soundtrack by Sakimoto Hitoshi) puts me in a Blackmoor mood, and I use it when drafting material for Thorn's World that Was. The twins, too, have several of their own themes. (I'll let you guess which theme goes to which of the twins....)
