I have in past, indeed encouraged the Company of the Maiden to choose a common tattoo motif.
Either the Elven word for "Maiden", or a small black tower - probably not the Inn's logo, but, say, something along the lines of:

Hehe, the problem is, that one is nearly untattooable, lest you add a frame - which then again kind of destroys the picture and makes it look more like the Buena Vista/Disney logo...
