Do you have any idea if Arneson could have met Dave Casciano? Its not a name that has popped up in my research before. I have been able to find out more about him, but not about anything related to Dave Arneson yet, besides this product.

New name to me too. It seems likely they met somewhere - a convention maybe - just because someone (Casciano?) must have asked Arneson to write the intro and it seems less likely it would have been through only a letter or a phone conversation.
