Woohoo! Aside from those excellent suggestions I think some rethinking might improve the layout of the board. Seems a little awkward that Garbage Pits comes first and Horsemans Court is basically where everything of relevance gets posted. Yet somehow there are a lot of other categories below it on the board. Perhps you should move all those into a pbp folder or something. A little clean up and reorganizing would help the look IMHO.

I think that a sticky for each forum, explaining that forum to newbies, could be helpful. As could a full list of Blackmoor product (and maybe "offiical threads" for each product).
