Friends, Blackmoorians!

The preparations have begun for Dave Arneson Game Day 2014. The main idea is to have a World Wide event on the Birthday of Dave Arneson.

I have set up a Facebook Event for the Game Day via the Blackmoor Fans page.

Is anyone else doing anything for Dave Arneson Game day this year?

Maybe I'll have my Archlis adventure in a workable enough draft to actually post something...

That would be cool Rob!

Here's another post about this year's Dave Arneson Gameday at the Swords and Stichery blog. With a nod to yours truly Smile

And here's another one at the Dark Corners of Roleplaying blog.

Sure, but where in Blackmoor? Should I go fully old school and take on the Temple? Or a more modern adventure?

The temple is always cool, but I would love to see something like Ties that Bind from the Hardcover D20 book converted to a system like Blueholme. Smile

Ladies, gents,

I am throwing you a game, set within the Evensong continuity:

Hadn't planned to do anything, really, but why not...?

Cool,
looks like I will be busy running face to face games that weekend with my original group, but if that doesn't happen I'd love to join.

Cool beans. Smile

Generally, I am more willing to throw in these casual games now and then, now that the LFC sequel is likely not going to happen any more.
On the practical side, I take the opportunity to the infrastructure, to later use it for the enigmatic, and commercially-oriented "Project TSK" Wink,
and on the affective side, it's good to revisit the old stories, now and then. Smile If this one goes well, I won't mind to do another one in the future! Smile
