[Ep 13] New Settlement: Village of Flatrock - Havard - 12-27-2013
This village is described in Episode 13 by Ricard Iorio. It is located near the Crystal Peaks, but is mostly a human village rather than a Dwarf settlement.
There is a map of the village in the episode as well as a writeup. I wonder if it could be used outside the MMRPG framework...
