This free dungeon adventure http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/106505/Dungeon-From-A-Distant-Star?affiliate_id=29353 is not specifically made for Blackmoor, but I can see it converted relatively easily.
Of course doesn't have direct references to canon material, but I think that any reasonably clever Game Master could turn it into a very interesting part of a Blackmoor campaign (all eras).
Nothing over the top, but a potential starting point for great campaign developments.
