I have both PDF and print copies but seem to have misplaced my print copy. I guess I'll have to order another. It's a nice book!

Moi has it in print, too. First, I honestly thought it was crap, but over time, it has grown on me. Good sauce, and well worth spending some money on.

Certainly! I will post here and at my blog.
First impression is that the presentation and feel is very similar to products of the time period. In fact, D@D sort of resembles what a more modern printing of AiF might look like; the presentation, not the rules.
