Howdy to everyone from Florida. Looking forward to finding out more about Blackmoor and Dave Arneson in general.

Hi there folks,

My name is Stephen and I'm a gamer of a few different systems of a few different genres who remembers still a scene at a con some 25-30 years ago where a cavalier/paladin type stood in the room of three exits in 'Tomb of Horrors' with several men-at-arms he had hired. Waving his arm forward confidently he commanded "Follow me men", before drawing his sword, hunkering in behind his shield, and striding purposefully into the Sphere of Annihilation.

Be most welcome, Sir Stephen!

The Company of the Maiden will certainly find a way to attend Aethercon!

Just saying Hi

I started with Holmes in 1978, "graduated" to AD&D in 1979, and then played BECMI for about 20 years with many campaigns. Finarvyn's board got me interested in OD&D, and from the OSR I started learning about all of Arneson's contributions. I dabble in a lot of things, but check this board every now and then to learn things about the original campaign and Dave's contribitions
