PC1 gives us some clues (p 39) about the situation of the Fair Folk in Blackmoor. The Fair Folk loathe the Thonian Empire for its "vastness, excess and debauchery". I would take this further and say that the Thonians are actively discriminating non-humans, working to rid themselves of creatures like the Fey. This is also the reason why elves, dwarves and Halflings have migrated north to Blackmoor, where they are accepted.

PC1 tells us further that Blackmoor is favorable towards the Fair Folk.
I would link this to the , known to be an ally of Pixies and similar creatures. The Fair Folk see themselves as protectors of nature however and worry about the growing interest shown by many Blackmoorians in the matters of technology.

As in other places, the Fair Folk are on good terms with the elves, in particular with the Cumasti/Red Wood elves. Less so with the Westryn who are more associated with creatures like Wood Imps.

Sorry, PC1 is Tall Tales of the Wee Folk, for Classic D&D.
