Hello all! My name's Brian, and if you played any of the Blackmoor Living Campaign, I wrote or co-wrote several of the later modules (Brushfire, co-written with Chris Gale; Leaving the Nest, and The Coming Storm, both in the Children of War series). Also served as a playtester for Season 3 and 4 modules (and tried to help rein in some of the worst excesses of first-time game writers--we all make them).

I became aware of Blackmoor waaaaaay back when I started playing AD&D in the early '80s, but didn't really notice at the time when Dave's work was excised from Greyhawk. I came back to Blackmoor when I was playing and running in the Living Greyhawk campaign (and running gaming cons in Michigan, USA), and was asked to help out another local con-runner as a game master for some new mods. "The Oktagern Affair" was my first Blackmoor experience, and I never looked back.

I came across this site quite by accident, someone had posted a link to Havard's blog (RIP, Darwin Bromley, loved Chill 2e), and I followed the thread back here.

Wellcome! I am actually running that campaign, but I haven't reached that episodes yet, although I read and appreciated them.
