Havard, a hearty yes sir from me. I'm sure you will recall, but just as a point for folks to reference if they like, that I expressed a similar opinion in this blog post http://boggswood.blogspot.com/2013/02/o ... story.html

but I put the emphasis there on what I call "the Braunstein element." Anyway, your central point, that the rules of CM, to whatever extent they may have found use in BM, explain none of the specialness that is Dave Arneson's Blackmoor, is well taken indeed.
