Black Oak village appears in episode 17 by Stewart Larsen. It is located in a remote part of northern Booh. The main population seems to be dwarves and Gnomes, in this otherwise Halfling dominated region. There is no map or writeup of Black Oak here.
AFAIK this village was not revisited in later episodes.
