++++ Start of Session ++++

This week opened up with an extra large chicken pizza and a six pack of Rolling Rock beer.

First item on the agenda was clean up of the previous week's session. If you recall our Priest Elefus, with his twice a day teleport ability went to obtain D'Vine, the party Druid.

She refused. (She is now the former party Druid.)

Having that out of the way, the ship continued sailing past the Egg of Coot. The two remaining pterodactyl captives were tied up and taken below decks and the two dead ones were barbecued. The ship managed to sail past inviting tourist attractions as "The Breakers", "Coot's Bay", "Blinkdog Bay", "The Bay of Reeva", the port of "Harbol" without being detected, and entered "The Amber Channel".

At this point they were rapidly approached by about 4 dozen Mermen riding 2 dozen Dolphins (2 per Dolphin).

Elefus, attempts to communicate in his best Viking accent.

Every Merman with a loaded cross-bow immediately fired at Elefus.

Melee ensued, hits were taken by one and all (except Elefus). Elefus electrocuted a couple of them with his "Shock Therapy" spell, including a Dolphin. Numrendir our Conjurer, summoned some Packasites and Dolphins, who diligently performed their task of relieving the Mermen of their Quarrels.

After the Mermen depleted their missile weapons, in a feat of synchronized swimming, they dove as one.

The next sound the crew hears is a steady tap, tap, tap, below deck, where they concluded the Mermen are attempting create a hole below the waterline.
