Again I'm going back in time to before the earliest summary.

This night we had a ground-beef & ham pizza.

Snizzlephish's acquisition of a certain amount of treasure initiated an encumbrance audit, solved offline. Will pass results privately.

++++ START OF SESSION ++++

The ship is in quarantine for forty days and in drydock for 6 weeks. The party had previously avoided customs so the authorities do not know they are there. Most party members waited 4 days for the ship to be in drydock before continuing. Others went ashore early as follows:

Aeon:

Aeon had previously been arrested ashore for murder. Since Aeon wasn't present, the party opted to allow him to continue to rot in gaol, pending trial. The only party concern is will he spill the beans regarding the rest of the party?

Snizzlephish:

Snizzlephish on the next day opted to burgle the Lord Mayor's house by climbing in through a window while invisible. Finding nothing of importance in a bedroom except a Wardrobe (which was rolled for to see if it had other properties, alas no Mr. Tumnus was present). He continued into the hallway where he espied the Barbarians of Occupation frolicking in one of their nightly parties. He continued to the underground basement where he found the vault and two guards, which he found unlocked. It creaked loudly when opening, the guards seeing nothing there argued and sent one back to close it. Snizzlephish opened it a 2nd time with another loud creak. After one guard slapped the other for incompetence it was closed again, this time the guard making sure the latch caught. For a final and third time, Snizzlephish opened it again, this time the guard down the hall closed it and stayed there leaning against the door.

Snizzlephish was about to abandon his position and go back upstairs invisibly, but at that moment a native Tenian butler arrived and opened the vault. Snizzlephish, taking the opportunity finally went inside alongside the butler, only to find the vault was merely the wine and liquor locker. Staying hidden in his current (invisible) state, he let the butler take more bottles and depart. After the door closed, Snizzlephish made a great commotion and tipped all the bottle racks over so the all the bottles smashed, (reiterating his invisibility afterward) he waited on the ceiling using Spider Climb. Shortly thereafter the guards came and there was a great commotion. Snizzlephish left the room and waited on the ceiling in the hall. Not long later more the Barbarian Mayor came and tossed the butler in, along with a lit torch and closed the door, thus killing the butler.

Seeing how the party is now over, Snizzlephish continues to burgle any rooms not occupied as bedrooms, and eventually finds nothing of importance. Save an attic view through a preexisting spyhole of a pair of the Barbarian Lord Mayor and a Priestess "wrestling" in the master bedroom.

Weasel:

Weasel rented out a good hotel room in town for two nights, run by a Barbarian proprietor and a native Tenian bellhop. Along with a 10% surcharge for using Blackmoorian coinage. Back up in the room the bellhop noting Weasel is an "out-of-towner", advises him of local laws which applies to everyone not a Barbarian, such as:

1) If you talk rudely to a Barbarian they will cut out your tongue.

2) If you don't get out of their way they will cut off your feet.

3) If you carry a weapon they will cut off your head.

Gleaning more information from the bellhop, for a larger tip he is told the location of those who may be more receptive to anti-Barbarian political views (the Resistance) and the secret signal to get inside. Which happens to be a Tatoo-parlor across the street from a restaurant called "Rewby Tewsdae".

Weasel then disguises himself as a Barbarian, goes there without incident, makes contact with these folks and arranges for a meeting with the rest of the party.

Elefus:

Elefus also went ashore early and had spent most of his time in a tavern, blissfully ignorant of local customs and culture. His Blackmoorian coin earned him a 10% surcharge for conversion. While at his table he was approached by a young lady who plied him for drinks and conversation for a few hours. "Hello big boy new in town?" Be with you long time..."

Eventually one of his menu choices came to "Dead Viking Ale", so he gave that a try. Shortly thereafter, Dum Dum Dugan, a the ghost of a party member long dead appeared to Elefus across the table. Elefus, slightly buzzed and high enough Clerical level not to be fazed, switched the conversation to Dugan. Dugan simply wanted to know: "Why I wasn't given a proper burial and what are you going to do about it?" Elefus growing tired of this attempted to Turn Dugan with his Holy Symbol.

When he reaches for his Holy Symbol around his neck, he is informed by the GM, "What Holy Symbol?"

Elefus: The one around my neck of course.

GM: It is not there.

Elefus: It was here, while I was conversing with this girl!

GM: What girl? There is no girl.

Realizing at this point he's been had and his pockets picked of a few choice items, he discovers he is missing half his Coin, his Hand Blaster, and his Oil of Slipperiness, two small belt pouches, and of course, his Holy Symbol of Heimdall.

Elefus then meets with Snizzlephish at a rendezvous point and attempts to find his stuff in the city with a Locate Object spell. Elefus has still not been officially advised of the same local laws Weasel has. Good luck.

Play passes to the rest of the party in the timeline:

Aboard ship the party waits until it is put in dry-dock then uses their hitherto unused NPC Magic User tag-along to cast Mass Invisibility on them while they go ashore to the place to make contact with "the Resistance") where Weasel instructs them. Upon arrival, what a strange coincidence, one of the members of the resistance approaches the Cleric NPC and gives him a great bear hug.

Congratulations, the main party has contacted the T.R.O. (Tenian Resistance Organization).
