Games are now on Thursday night sometime after 5:30PM at World's Best Comics, 9714 Warwick Blvd Newport News, Virginia 23601.

We had a large Steak and Black Olive pizza that we discovered was also anathema to one of the Players so I watched him pick them out. I ate them.

++++ START OF SESSION ++++

The party immediately set out for the brothel and posed as a paying group of customers to get past the bouncers. Since the "groupie" room was upstairs, they headed that way.

Once upstairs, they were in a gas lit Victorian style hallway, complete with gaudy red and pink wallpaper depicting flowers and leaves in an Escher type pattern. Judging from the smell, the lighting gas was probably methane pumped in from the nearby swamp or some nether plane.

A customer with an obvious smile on his face came out from the most distant room down the hall and passed the party going downstairs. Shortly thereafter a sultry looking female stuck out her head and shouted "NEXT!". Looking out at the apparently lost party she said "The group room is on your left."

Waiting dumbfoundedly, the party was not soon disappointed as this creature emerged from door marked #8 and attacked. Casting Darkness on its targets it rushed. Sight was restored by a Light spell cast by on of the Party's clerics. To avoid needless detail, surmise it to say one of the Monks (Sum Ting Wong) was down to three hit points before the rest of the party "killed" it. As a creature from another plane it simply vanished after Elefus delivered the death blow.

GM's Note, as a type III Demon, this one won't come back but will reform into something else. Using the 1st Edition entry for in Monster Manual II for Lesser Daemons as a template. i.e., You can't get rid of an extra planar creature on the Prime Material plane but defeat does not earn them a promotion. (If anyone knows of a 1st or 2nd Edition or HackMaster 4th edition rule that changes this, please advise. I simply find it convenient no one has to clean up dead demon meat.)

Next item on the agenda, another employee of the establishment emerged from behind door #3 and attempted a Charm on one of the party members, (thus giving her Sedusa identity away). The spell failed and she retreated behind the door. Huang rushed the door and busted it down while most of the party watched from a distance. Combat ensued, and Huang got bit but passed his poison saving die throw, putting him in a coma for several rounds. (A failed save would have killed him.)

Elefus arrived just in time as a reinforcement, diverting the Sedusa's attention from the fallen Huang, who lay in an appropriate flaccid state on the floor. Elefus smashed her to bits with his mace including the other Sedusa who came in quietly from the other room and tried to attack from behind. (This was the Sedusa with the happy customer mentioned previously.)

Next another uglier Demon appeared, forgoing darkness it also rushed the Party but was also defeated by the armored tank known as Elefus.

GM's Note: This one was a Type VI Demon, and will come back to the party with a vengeance after 101 years.

The last creature to attack was the Succubus, who simply tried to charm Jacko but had 58% Magic Resistance, and he made that roll. The party started to inflict damage on her so she took the easier part of and winked out. (Either by gate or teleportation, Party can't tell.)

They raided the Succubus' boudoir and gained beaucoup coinage which shall be divided evenly among party members. They also gained two magic items, a Javelin and a Net. But without a Magic User on board they have no idea what they do.

Jacko's Player played a card, earning him a Fanny Pack of Holding in exchange for a Major Phyisical Flaw. The dice were rolled and he is now allergic to Electrum which he will have to ignore a substantial chunk of the treasure found Today.
