Here you can see how I adapted Blackmoor for Advanced Fighting Fantasy 2nd Edition, even if that ruleset was born for another setting (Titan and not Blackmoor).
I found that the two most important magic styles in AFF2 (Wizardry and Sorcery) work perfectly well in Blackmoor with some minor background adaptation and the Talent Focus (again, with some minor adaptation) seems matching perfectly what the Wizards' Cabal craves for.

Overall, I think it is a very good quickstart option, even if it doesn't have "traditional" levels and classes (that were almost always present in Backmoor history), but lately I really need a very low crunch ruleset.

I just wanted to chime in and say I really appreciate your Blackmoor/AFF2 adaption. It doesn't seem like you've gotten a ton of comments, so I wanted to make sure you knew that someone was paying attention. I'm actually hoping to use some of your stuff at an upcoming RPG event if I can make the scheduling work. I'll let you know how it goes.

Much appreciated, thanks!
I'm really keen to know how it works! :)
