Thanks, I'd downloaded the Maiden's timeline but not looked at it yet - I didn't realise it had those geographical notes as well.

It wasn't inspiration I needed particularly, it's just I don't like to alter the canon details without a good reason, and was surprised to find how little canon there was!

Yeah, that's my major criticism of BM as a setting. :)

It could really have used more fleshing out; almost everything I put together for the MBM book is based on apocrypha.
