I am looking for suggestions to AD&D adventures that would lend themselves to Blackmoor. Any suggestions? :)

With some jiggering I think you can run The Temple of Elemental Evil. I would add some references to the Egg of Coot and remove the Lolth references as a start. I can also see the Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth as fitting and maybe The Forgotten Temple of Tharizdun. I can also see Tomb of Horrors as a possibility. Of course YMMV and there would need to be adjustments. As well this is based on my limited understanding of Blackmoor.

Julian has the right idea. Any of the old monochrome modules would work fine, or maybe some of the old Judges Guild modules. Just add in a few references to things in the Blackmoor campaign and you're good.
