Hey!

So, I just bought Arx Fatalis and Panzer Dragoon for the X-Box, and over the last month,
good part of my evenings has been spent playing LA Noir, and Call of Cthulhu - Dark Corners of the Earth.

I am officially a gamer, again. ...Or so I think. :)

So, tell me about your video gaming habits! :D

For starters, no, I shall resist Dragon Age and Mass Effect.

Instead, I will likely take a step back, and replay "The Last Remnant" some time soon.
...If you're into *good*, out of the box fantasy settings, that's the one to go to.

Waiting to hear your opinions!

Yours,

Rafe

Good thread!

My love for video games is kind of an on and off thing. As some of you will know I am currently hooked on Skyrim, like alot of other folks. I like thinking about whether some of the things in that game could also work for tabletop games.

Console or PC?

Apart from Skyrim, and a one-day run of The Witcher to the the graphic power,
I think it's been about five or six years since I last played something on the PC...

If you haven't yet tried it, I recommend you Arx Fatalis, though. The PC version should be available as abandonware by now.

One of the best RPGs of the last decade, and nearly unknown.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

I am also a big fan of the western game Red Dead Redemption. Anyone played?

Borderlands <3 One of the very rare more modern games I have absolutely fallen in love with (I am a bit of a grog when it comes to modern games, there are some gems, but this was very rare thing, love on first sight). Can't wait for the second one later this year.

I also started Ultima III the other day. Yay.
